I had the great privilege to work with Lanja when we invited her to come and facilitate a leadership retreat with our senior team. Lanja was able to truly engage every member of our team by achieving an incredible balance of challenge and support. Her approach was spot on and she had the entire team’s full participation in the experience.
Lanja’s content and facilitation skills created an experience that encouraged participants to challenge themselves and each other in a positive and constructive manner. Her session allowed to the team to gain valuable insights into their approaches to leadership and it helped to lay out a course for how they can work more effectively as a team to achieve the overall goals and objectives for our portfolio.
When soliciting feedback from our team after the session, every participant confirmed that they walked away with useful insights and information they could apply immediately back in their units and in their overall leadership practice. They also asked how soon we could bring Lanja back for more!
