BlueDrop designed and delivered a pioneering leadership program for a large Australian bank, in partnership with McKinsey and The Hunger Project. Bank leaders traveled to rural India to experience leadership in the most difficult circumstances of poverty, hunger and the suppression of women leaders. Subsequent workshops developed leaders’ ability to apply learnings from India and lead change within their division of the bank to deliver on a new strategy and vision.
