Lanja designed and facilitated a senior leadership development program for our organization. The program was an intensive residential which was custom-built for our leaders. Lanja and I worked together extensively on designing the program and I found her to be a true professional – a subject matter expert with many great ideas and very attuned to the needs of her client. The feedback from program participants about Lanja was overwhelmingly positive. Our staff found her highly knowledgeable, passionate and engaging and I have no doubt her participation has been key to the success of this program.
