I worked with Lanja to develop a highly customized management development program for a group of 300 managers. The task was not only to embed the operating philosophy of the organization within the program, but also to take the participants on a journey of reflective development over a 12 month period. Lanja’s insight into people, their motivation, and the changes required within the organization to support that journey was remarkable. Her intelligence and creativity were a very significant contribution to what has been a very successful and highly valued program.
