BlueDrop is led by Lanja Fletcher. Lanja works with senior leaders and teams to address performance-limiting mindsets and build strategic alignment. She has a unique ability to work with individuals and teams to create profound behavioural and cultural shifts while sharpening the team’s strategic focus.
Lanja has spent years exploring the teaching and practices of ancient cultures. She draws upon this ancient wisdom to enhance human potential and grounds it with a pragmatic approach to achieving individual and organizational performance. Her work in strategy, leadership and cultural transformation is underpinned by strong project direction and advisory skills developed over a career spanning investment banking, strategy consulting and transformational facilitation.
Prior BlueDrop, Lanja was Vice President, Team Effectiveness and Culture solutions at a leading Canadian human capital firm. She also spent 5 years as a Principal with Nous Group in Australia, specializing in leadership in large public and private sector organizations. Previously, Lanja ran BlueDrop in Canada providing coaching and consulting services to private clients and large corporations in conjunction with McKinsey & Company. As part of McKinsey’s global Mindsets & Capabilities practice, Lanja designed and delivered large-scale cultural transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies in Australia, Europe, North and South America. While at McKinsey, Lanja also advised clients in financial services, private equity and retailing on strategic growth opportunities and operational improvement. She began her career in investment banking specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
Lanja holds an MBA and law degree from the University of Toronto. She is accredited in numerous culture, team and leadership assessment tools, including Barrett Culture Transformation Tools, Birkman MethodTM, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and DiSC.
