We met Lanja a few years back as our organisation of environmental warriors was coming out of a rough patch. Lanja provided an extremely skilful and fresh approach for our people to reacquaint themselves with our purpose, each other and rediscover the hopes and dreams they had in common. We worked extensively with Lanja in designing the workshops and processes so that our particular needs were met. The Wilderness Society Australia has a special federated structure and with Lanja’s expert guidance and facilitation we were able to create a long-term vision for how Australia’s society and nature can work together and clear goals for how we achieve that vision. Fundamentally Lanja helped us work to find hope and come at our issues from a truly constructive approach whilst understanding and developing relationships forged through frontline environmental battles.
